Executive Chef & Director of Nutrition Services
Allen Blankenship is the Director of Nutrition Services and the Executive Chef of Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. Allen is from Huntington, West Virginia and graduated from Johnson & Wales University of Charleston, South Carolina. Allen has been a restaurant owner and executive chef of many 4/5 star resorts and country clubs. Allen has been in the hospitality business for over 20 years and still has a great passion for the business.
Allen is married to Kelli, and they have four children together, Kayla (lives in Ohio), Landon, Timberlyn, and Gabriel. Allen enjoys spending time with his children and coaching youth sports.
Allen’s goal in this job position is to serve great food and to become a prominent member and service man to the community.
