Medical Imaging

The Imaging Center at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County has the most advanced staff, physicians and equipment in the area. We have the only large-bore MRI, the only 64-slice CT scanner and the only PET/CT Scanner, and are the only accredited Ultrasound Department in the region. That is not to mention all of the other outstanding services we provide in imaging. When it comes to radiology, the quality of your X-rays can determine whether your physician can make the right diagnosis for treatment. Trust us with your Medical Imaging needs.

Who we are

Medical Imaging Director Tracie Soller can be reached at 307-352-8386. Lead Radiologic Technologist Jerry Love can be reached at 307-352-8589.

The organization and management of the Medical Imaging Department promotes quality of care. Clinical direction is provided by the department leader, who is a board certified radiologist and is supported by other radiologists. All of these physicians are board certified radiologists and are members of the hospital medical staff.

Administrative direction is provided by the Medical Imaging Department director, assisted by a lead technologist. The supervisors and all technologists — radiology technologist, nuclear medicine technologists, ultrasonographers and cardiac sonographers — in the department are registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. They are licensed to practice radiologic diagnostic imaging by the State of Wyoming. In addition, most technologists in the specialty areas are registered in their areas of expertise.

They are an important part of your medical team. The radiologists, technologists and support staff work closely together to assure that high quality personalized imaging care is provided to all patients. Radiologists and technical expertise are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, either in department or on-call.
