This group gathering is offered statewide via tele-mental health fFrom Southwest Counseling Services.
Healthcare practitioners are at some of the highest rates of mental distress due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Workers in healthcare-related fields are susceptible to increased psychological stress – vicarious trauma, depression, anxiety, and insomnia. This group is intended to help clinicians process the issues faced with witnessing trauma and the stress of working long hours.
The group sessions will be held on Thursday evenings from 5:00pm-6:30pm. Referrals for individual sessions will be made based on need.
