What is a Registered Dietitian?

Registered Dietitians are food and nutrition experts who have met set education and practice requirements to earn and maintain their credentials. A dietitian will assess your nutritional status and create an individualized plan to enhance the overall treatment of a variety of different disease processes. Education, counseling, and coaching services by the dietitian are provided through scheduled one-on-one appointments.
