Will I Need Surgery?

There are occasions where your orthopedists may recommend surgery to treat a condition. This is considered a last-resort treatment. When dealing with musculoskeletal conditions, it is best to explore the least invasive options first. Many patients are able to achieve the desired results through physical therapy, joint injections, medication, and other conservative treatments.

In certain cases, joint replacement surgery is an appropriate treatment. This is a procedure used to replace a joint that has been so damaged by arthritis, an injury, or another condition that conservative treatments can no longer provide adequate treatment. There are many different approaches to joint replacement procedures, some of which are minimally invasive. If you or a loved one require a total knee or total hip replacement, you can rest assured that our team will guide you through every step of the process. Once the procedure is completed, we will make sure you have the resources and assistance you need to make a full recovery.
