A week of Red Tie Gala events

This year’s Red Tie Gala includes five days of community events leading up to the big day.

The Memorial Hospital Foundation’s annual event will be a virtual party starting at 7 p.m. Feb. 5. It includes a one-hour virtual program followed by Xtreme Music Bingo. The event includes a Premier Silent Auction and a Silent Auction – both are open from Jan. 31 through Feb. 5.

Starting Feb. 1, the MHSC Mobile Unit will be set up at a different location in the community from 4-6 p.m. daily. Stop by for the traveling Beer and Wine Pull. It’s also a great place to pick up Feb. 5 event tickets and the meal, blankets and bingo cards that come with it.

There are two ticket options:

• $50 ticket includes dinner for two, a Red Tie Gala blanket, and four Extreme Music Bingo! playing cards.
• $100 ticket includes dinner for four, two Red Tie Gala blankets, and eight Extreme Music Bingo! playing cards. Dinner is a pre-made chicken parmesan meal with chocolate molten lava cake that can be picked up at the MHSC Mobile Unit starting Feb. 1 and throughout the week. Cooking directions included. Vegetarian option is available upon request.

The Feb. 5 virtual party is the final event in an entire Red Tie Gala Activity Week. Check out the local businesses the Memorial Hospital Foundation has partnered with to donate a portion of their designated day’s sales back to the Red Tie Gala. Here’s what’s happening throughout the week:

Monday, Jan. 31

Food & Drink:  Deja Brew will donate 10% of sales. White Mountain Mining will donate 10% of sales – please call 382-5265 to make reservations. 

Activities: Red Tie Gala Premium Auction and Silent Auction will open for bidding. 50/50 Raffle opens – purchase online only.

Tuesday, Feb. 1

Food & Drink: Taco Time will donate 10% of sales. Sapporo Japanese Steak House will donate $1,000.

Activities: Red Tie Gala Premium Auction and Silent Auction open for bidding. The MHSC Mobile Unit will be in Downtown Rock Springs offering:

Wednesday, Feb. 2

Saturday, Feb. 5

Food & Drink: Coal Train Coffee will donate a portion of sales. They'll be offering a signature Red Tie Gala drink and Red Bow Tie cookies.

Bake your Gala meal and settle in with your cozy blankets for an informative and fun event starting at 7 p.m. Tickets come with login information and instructions, as well as Bingo boards for Xtreme Music Bingo.
