It has been our pleasure to work with Jocelyn Palinek over the recent years. However, at this time, we regret to inform you that she will no longer be providing care at the Family Medicine Clinic of Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County effective October 15, 2025. We wish Jocelyn the very best in her new endeavors and appreciate all she has done for the community and our clinic.

Although Jocelyn Palinek is departing, we have other outstanding care providers who are excited to share their expertise with our patients. Your records will remain on file within the Clinic Medical Records. If you would like a copy of your records you will need to sign a Release for your medical records through the Medical Records Department. They can be reached at 307-212-7799.
