Patient Financial Navigator Program

Our Patient Financial Navigators work directly with patients and their families to help them reduce stress or hardship related to the cost of treatment. Our staff will:

• Offer assistance to help patients with their health plans and address any areas of concern.
• Help patients set up payment plans, find cost-saving methods for treatments, and improve access to healthcare services that the patient needs.
• Deal with a patient's economic barriers to care and aid in providing any and all available resources such as:
  • Medicaid
  • Patient Assistance Applications
  • Social Security Disability
  • Affordable Care Act Plans
  • Offering additional assistance and information pertaining to Medicare and supplement plans.
