The Pulmonary Lab consists of state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment needed
to perform the necessary tests and protocols for accurate diagnosis of
pulmonary conditions.
Tests We Provide
- Spirometry – pre- and post-bronchodilator
- Diffusing Capacity of the Lungs for Carbon Monoxide (DLCO)
- Body Plethysmography (BodyBox)
- Maximum Voluntary Ventilation (MVV)
- Maximum inspiratory pressure and maximum expiratory pressure measurements
- 6-minute walk test
- Arterial blood gas measurement (ABG)

Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG) is a procedure that records the electrical
activity of the heart:
- This is a walk-in procedure (no appointment necessary)
- Weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Cardiovascular Stress Testing provides measurable feedback about the function
of the heart
- Holter/Event Monitoring, which records heart rhythms from 24-72 hours or
14-30 days for an in-depth look at heart activity
